Things You Should Know in Case You are Involved in an Accident
- Stop immediately (Do not leave the scene). Call emergency personnel right away if there are any serious injuries. If you feel you are injured in any way see a physician promptly. It is important you do this right away

DO NOT ADMIT FAULT OR TRY TO SETTLE THE CLAIM YOURSELF

IF YOUR VEHICLE IS INOPERABLE AND NEEDS TO BE TOWED DURING OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, CALL US AND WE WILL ARRANGE TO HAVE IT TOWED TO OUR LOCATION

Notify your insurance company of the accident and that your vehicle is being towed to HANOVER COLLISION CENTER

Write a description of the accident on your Accident Report Record
FACTS YOU SHOULD KNOW
- You may have the shop of your choice repair the vehicle
- You are not required to have it repaired by a shop selected by a claims adjuster
- You are required to give the insurance company an adequate amount of time to inspect the vehicle before repairs are made
- Don't be fooled by a "Low Estimate". There is a difference in Body Shops. A low bid could mean an incomplete repair that could cost you money later on.
- As the owner you are responsible for having your car repaired to your satisfaction. Choosing a quality repair shop is important in assuring your satisfaction
